Lag spikes after last patch

After the recent patch I have started getting constant lagspikes - minimum every 20 sec it goes between 100-150 - and I usually always lie around 35ish.

No other games or test - speed or ping showed anything - only with with this game.

speedtest.net give me a constant 16ms to some server - so connections here are stabile.

Any changes you made?

Or heard other saying this?

What can you suggest?

Since noone replied I investigated a little more.

It stabilized a bit but its actually only on EU_1.

Looking at server list and updating its only EU_1 going close to 90 ping, rest is always under 60.

I usually always had around 35ish.

EU_1 server have problems or connection probs?

And it is ofcourse related to how many that are playing on EU_1. Again - at least for me - that used to have no effect on the ping.

When there is a huge number of players = lag. Doesn't lag on other server? = Because it has less than 100 people

Exactly the same here since the last past patch.
Maybe it has something to do with all the new (great!) helmets and armor?

EU1 feels laggy to me as well. Can't tell if the ping spikes are just my internet or the server because they don't last long. Haven't tried other servers.
