Add a new Heraldic armour between Transitional and Mail

I would really like to wear heavier armour then the Heraldic Mail but I just can't afford the upkeep on the Transitional set. It would be awesome if a new set, for instance Heraldic Scale with Surcoat, could be added at roughly 13k gold price.

Why heraldic scale, just double mail with heraldic surcoat or armored surcoat  (ie. early coat of plats) would fit in nicely. But someone have to MODEL them and add TEXTURE to them.
