There is a reserve price.

Bidding starts at 525k.

Bids must be in 5k increments. ie 5k 10k 15k 100k

Auction over... Also lech, I don't know if you quiet get the concept of an auction, but the previous bid was 600k... 530 is less than 600, its a smaller number.
