Battle time issue?

I was engaged at 14:20 yet the battle will take place 31 hours later at 21:00. Is that normal? I thought it was always 24 hours?

Also the battle time is all fucked up. They attacked me at 14:20 and now the timer is 21:00... how does that work?

Night times and drop goods don't you have to be standing still and not being attacked
