Randomized and loss of all troops

My Character was somehow randomized to swadia and has lost all the troops (around 400 of them),
but not the gold.
I was not attacked and did not attack anything/-one.
I hope you can give me my troops back and send me back to the desert,
otherwise I would have to pass through enemy territory and since those are stupid dickheads they will most likely attack me.

we got three people that didnt login for over a week... and they are not randomized, nor did they loose any troops.

It also depends if you were in a village or not (i think)

Nah. He was in a Castle. The castle has not been attacked.

You also have to have that strategus map window open, my brother has strategus action screen open allmost 24/7, but he still lost all troops and teleported to some shithole, cuz he didnt have that map screen open...
