He has a weapon, unfortunately for you that means that he isn't leeching.
Also in the screenshots that you have posted, he is "active" more or less and appears to have been in the fight for them due to having blood on him.
The only one that shows doubt is the last one where he is standing still and his dead body is right next to him...
Unless another admin thinks otherwise or has any other information, this won't result in a ban.
