when i click on myself it says "unarmed" ....but i have 5 pitchforks  :

you'll read as unarmed unless each troop has one weapon ea.

I also believe that each troop can hold 2 weapons and a Armour set. after that its crate weight.

For some reason my crate amount stays the same, at 7, despite the fact that I'm gaining troops, have no trade goods, and have received no new gear. Dude wat

it will update when u start moving.
