One of my friends says 2h with shield takes 2h profficiency not one handed he doesnt belive that i asked some admins and they said 1 handed proficency, mainly because he said he swings slower than i do and has more 1 handed. Any ideas?

It uses 1h skill when used with a shield.

and it gets really really bad stats if you use it as 1h.
