this has been going on for like 6 months and its the most retarded thing and simplest to fix.

The no upkeep till 26 allowing people to (ab)use full plate and chargers for free. Especially destroyes small games where a team of ~6 players simply doesnt have the firepower to take down such a cav (despite landing many blows on it).

Is it so hard to:

- remove no upkeep
- reduce it to some peasnt lvl (15? 19?)
- "cap" the free upkeep (say if upkeep is 500 or less = 0, if above = normal)
- make it half upkeep first 26 lvls
- make it only work first 2 weeks of creating a character, not based on lvls
- ...
- ...

When your near 27 you respec and keep on abusing the free upkeep as many times you want.

Not sure about this I made a new main and I repected 3 times and on my last respect I started getting charged for repairs at level 16 so I think it adds up your exp and then when you hit the level 26 exp it starts  giving you repairs.

Nah, I've respec'd a dozen times and only received upkeep at level 26. I do it to change builds frequently as I get bored of any one build, and it works well with market trading. I'm quite poor (have one mw item and small change), and not paying for upkeep I'm making maybe 5k every hour of play. Compare this time invested to earning 9M xp points and selling your heirloom point for 600k straight away, and you'll find it's more lucrative to not respec and stay as a plated dragon rider (to keep your multi up). Besides, having 18 agi at level 25 means your str is around 15, and all your points are in riding without much prof to spare, so you're basically a peasant on a big horse. Easy to take down and easy to kill.
