Saturday Snake Battle

I'm going to go ahead and try a test run of the snake battles I want to play with. I'm aiming for this Saturday (12/10) at 8pm GMT / 3pm EST. For those of you interested, here's the rules:

As soon as the battle begins, get in a single file line
Everybody follows the person in front of them, and the Head of the line keeps moving; nobody should be stopping
If the Head dies, the next person in front becomes the Head
Try to stick to one line, but if a horde inserts itself into the middle of the line and makes that impossible, split into two lines and try to meet up again
No cav and no stopping to fire if ranged (straight out melee preferred)
Green attire preferred
Feel free to let out a "HISSSsssssss" upon death or victory

Teamspeak: lobby in 176.9.48.138
Banner: to be decided last minute
Starting on EU1

If you want to attend, please post and let me know. We'll probly decide EU or NA depending on what the majority of our participants use. Or if there's enough that want to join in, we can do it on both.

Now that it's about 3 hours before battle, I've finally remembered that I didn't set a teamspeak server to use. Feel free to join the lobby in the Fallen/HRE TS. Banner will be decided last minute as procrastination is my favorite form of organization

Oh yeah, just remembered, didn't decide a server either. Since more EU responded than NA, let's do this on EU1 unless there's not enough room, then flow over into NA1 as well

Ok, apparently, my concept of GMT being 5 hours ahead of EST was a bit inaccurate. I'm not sure if it's because of this fail time concept or not, but only 3 people showed up. So props to Polobow, Kafein, and myself. We're cool, but the rest of you are not. Unless you actually showed up thinking it would be a different time and I failed you. Actually, if anybody did show up at a different time, please let me know.

Either way, Snake Clan has come to the realization that our original battle tactics were flawed. Rather than choose a member of Snake Clan to be the head of the snake line, it is much more entertaining to randomly choose somebody who has no idea what is going on and follow behind him single file. We probly made a dozen players turn around and stare at us in confusion.

Lol, us finns of the Fallen Brigade have been using similat tactic. Exept we tryed to swarm around some random person as much as possible, protecting him with out one bodies and should he engage someone in battle, we would still keep doing that what we did.

This explains your harping on me joining, I forgot it was saturday  :mrgreen:
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
