Correct me if im wrong but this is still illegal right? I asked him numerous times to stop construction sites on top of ladders, making it impossible for the attackers in the na seige, he knew what he was doing.

C-sites and ladders are okay to help defense.  Creating a weapon rack to spam csites and ladders is not okay.
