changing fief ownership

i think most agree that how it is solved atm doesn't work out, so here some idears about it.

1. changing it within the faction structure like in strat2.0 that rank 10 can change it to others in the faction, nighttime gets deactivate for 24 hours of both involved players, the one who gets the fief as the one who it is taken from.

2. the change of ownership takes 3 days, within the transfering player cant change his nighttime and the fief is still attackable that way

3. make nighttime a faction feature, meaning rank 10 players can set nighttime for all players once and afterwards only the members themselves can change it every 2 weeks. This combined with suggestion 1. or 2.

4. so that this is close to reality, those who are exchanging the fiefs, both need to be inside the fief to make the ceremony where the new lord is handed over the fief

sry i didn't make an effort to search all existing suggestions to this topic but please feel free to post the links to them here or join this post with an existing one.

I do not like number three, as we all have different lives within the clan. I am interested in hearing the others discussed though.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.
