Der_letzte_shogun - constant team attacker / team killer

This guy has been an obvious ta / tk player for long period of time. I don't understand how he has not been warned so far(to my knowledge). Yesterday, RandomDude banned him for 5 hours and he advised me to open post on forum if I have some evidence against this guy. So far, I got only 2 screenshots, but more I will have on Monday. He is the kind of guy who will ta/tk even if you look at him wrong.

That was his third time on the banlist, all for the same thing: teamwounding. Banned till Unban-request with apology.
