Horse thrower combo build?

    One Handed: 100
    Throwing: 123
Looking for suggestions in build changes : like if i need higher riding or more HA , Also wanna know if this build could be effective.
My equipement would be.
Tribal warrior outfit.
Any low -med tier helmet.
Elite cav shield.
Tempered side sword.
Destrier or rouncey.
And last but not least throwing spears or jarids.

Pretty much what I have now.(21/15 2to attr IF2 PS5 4Ath 5Rid 2HA 7PT 4WM 54 1hand 131thr)
But loose some Power Strike and get some athlethics. You will be out of melee anyway.
As for the helmets and gloves; really pick a low weight one because they count as x8 and x6.
Loose the shield and instead of that get an extra throwing spear/jarid/axe (axes work surpisingly well when throwing on horseback).

In native battle it got me alot of hits and kills so i thought why not try it in crpg.
