By hate crime I said that as mostly a joke, I never said any thing racist or what not if that's what you're thinking. He just TK'd me right there and there is a screeny to prove it.

I don't know whether what I said did anything to offend them nor do I remember anything I said. That being said, TKing is against the rules no matter the circumstances as one of my friends also found out his first few weeks in this game when he revenge tk'd.

I have provided obvious screen shots to indicate that he tk'd me, if you choose not to act on them, so be it. Just spreading information here.

Warning has been given.  Also VG, i have heard from multiple witnesses to this incident stating you were team wounding and trolling BEFORE you were TKed.  If I hear of it happening again, your ban will be that much longer for provoking people just to try and get them banned.
