Teamkill on the start of battle

So i want to request a ban for player called "LoR_the_Grey" for teamkilling on the start of round. No matter, that he is in my clan - he said on teamspeak, that i suck, because i am horse xbowman etc, then we were teambalanced - he started to teamkill me. I say: BAN!

Whole situation explained above screen, nothing more. He simply need a ban for behaving like idiot - if i pwn him when he is my enemy, he will pwn me, when i am his teammate. Wrong way of thinking, and it have to be punished.

Hmm, teamkilling a lancer as a lancer on accident is 1 in a million.
