The battle of Vezin

                    Pre-Battle
Attackers-838            Defenders-561
                   Post Battle
Attackers-59              Defenders-93

The sWalker was not aware that his mercenary involvement in the Vezin siege would bring him in direct conflict with two pillars of stone, resistant to any force.  Slys and Goretooth stood at the village's bridge entrance, defying the odds, turning every attacker away with their powerful strikes.  The defenders also had skillful marksmen raining down arrows and bolts with deadly precision.  The sWalker was the hero of the battle for the attacking side(35-20), if there can really be such a thing in a losing enterprise.  *Thinks to himself...that's the last time that we all get drunk and leave half of our arrows back at the tavern*...The sWalker salutes those who stood and fought bravely without thought of personal safety while his arrows flew through the air around them...true valor...

attackers had about 4 cohesive pushes in a row as the battle began, that were easily repelled, went all downhill from there for them.

Attackers had no strategy and were actually funneling their pushes into the smallest chokepoints of the village, getting massacred.  If they had attacked the more open parts of the village they could have steam rolled us.

Kudos to whoever built that Weapon Rack on defense, I refilled my darts about 10 times at least.

As time wore on, attackers ran out of decent gear and were using pitchforks and staffs.  I also heard they ran out of arrows so defenders were able to become more aggressive in running down stragglers.

By the time the tickets were even around 150ish, defenders pushed them back to the river than chased them all the way back to their spawn.

we tried that, we were getting shot to bits in the large openings. We went behind to get away from the range spam but that didnt work either. Too little equipment and not enough teamwork.

I was spectating the second half or so of the fight.  Ranged attacks from the defenders were killer.  I was watching Goretooth trying to ambush people at one point and every time he jumped out from behind his tree to bushwhack someone, they would die to archer fire before he could reach them.
Crush your enemies; see them driven before you; hear the lamentations of their women.
