Usually what happens is that the admin (in this case RangerBob) could not see what was going on, and gives out a general warning. Then later he spectates and checks up on the situation.

If you start retaliating, when he starts spectating that very well may be the first thing he sees, is you swinging at team mates. Revenge Team Wounding is not allowed for multiple reasons, one of which is that we can not condone vigilante behavior as that leads to chaos, and the other reason is that sometimes we "arrive at the scene of the crime" too late and all we see is the so-called victim blowing away the people who started it.

EDIT: Also stop deliberately provoking other players.

I am a big fan of standing up for yourself and your team, however, if soe poor admin has been couched at spawn 3 times in a row dealing with "i"diot chat they may be a bit pissed at having to deal with a shituation, and you may be unfortunate. Not noticing much admin shenanigans so maybe yer experience has been different.

Same thing happened to me on battle. One of those occitan dumbasses teamkilled me and my friend, he said because we killed a horse that he was calling. We waited, and admin did nothing so next round I gave a just horse bump after spawning, he speared my horse called me a pussy, so i got off my horse he attacked me, then another occitan member started attacking me, I killed the first one justly, and then walked away from the other one who jumped in. Then he ran up and started attacking me again, before I could even hit back an enemy killed him with an arrow, I got on my horse to ride off and boom got banned. It does seem they get better treatment.

What Tears said. Don't retaliate, use the admin chat(press "i" ingame) to report to admins and/or fraps the incident and make a ban request. Then they'll get banned for a few days, instead of the short satisfaction of a revenge tw/tk.
