Changing CD Key

My brother has just got a new CD key for his game but can't seem to use it. There is no option of changing the previous CD key and we have tried deleting the key out of the registry and reinstalling the game but no luck - its still using the previous key which belongs to someone called Kitus

Any1 suggest how we can remove the old key and use this new one?

This has been sorted now however, someone else is using my key.

This is the second key I have had which was brand new from a seller. The first had already been used - this key had not however tonight someone has created a new character on my CRPG page and is using my key!

Can someone help.

Some1 keeps using my CRPG account and creating a character. Can an admin please look at this.
