No. You can't change the enemies rooster (unless this is a bug, ofc). These are people who applied for YOUR side and you can accept them if you'd like. What I am surprised with is why some wolves applied to fight against themselves. I wouldn't accept them, too high chance for them to grief/tk/die without fighting.

Try hiring/unhiring them, see if they are added/removed from the list in the battle menu (might take some time for it to happen). If you CAN change the enemy rooster, I would suggest you put it back to what it was, hit IRC and get hold of a dev.

I did understand (read the bracketed part in the beginning of my post), I just told you what it should be. Anyway, that is irrelevant. Get on IRC and contact a dev. Also re-accept those who unhired. Would be nice of you.
