At higher gens the trip from 30-31 isn't too bad. Hell, I am gen 2 and I just hit 31 and retired to gen 3 after spending maybe 6 hours as level 30. 6 hours isn't too much of an investment in my opinion, thats like 2-3 solid play sessions for me.
lvl 30 - 31 takes 4471826 Exp. 6 hours = 360 Minutes, which means you had 4471826 / 360 Exp per Minute, which is 12422. I call bullshit. Even at Gen 5 with an average Multiplier of x3 you'd need three times as long. At Gen 1 it takes 25 - 35 hours.
