I have recently started university and I'm living in halls. They may or may not allow Steam to do what it wants and there's probably some firewall issues.
My problem is only 1 server shows up in the complete server list which is "1st_PG_Train_1" on the "mm_russia3" mod. I really would like a way to allow the cRPG servers to show up in my list so I can actually play. I've already tried e-mailing the IT staff but they're taking ages responding. Possibly being able to understand why the above server is available to me may be a good solution.
Would love any help.
