Since it's very irritating that people vanish into thin air after beeing vote kicked, I suggest the following:
Whenever a kickvote is initiated, there should be some kind of court martial and if the vote goes through, the convict should be hanged on a gallows on the map, which renders him imobile and mute.
Considering a ban vote, his screen should black out after some time and stay that way even when reconnecting as long as the ban is in action.
