BAN - our BRAND?

So

If someone bans you for something, and even if HE is WRONG, or banned you CASUALLY, this will be your brand for all your future life! or for your cd key...? This means that every admin can check out how many times you was banned and why, and even if you are unbanned after proving your innocence, this ban will be your brand as like you was punished fairly and served full ban time???

P.S  all bans mentioned in this topic not related to permanent one!

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
