10-15 less than 190 effective when couched(about 175-180 so outreached by almost any good 2h user that uses the thrust)
240 at the very end of the thrust animation(190 at the start and intermediate values in between)

Are you using a shield? You get WAY more range that way (but lose damage and speed) since the grip of polearms-no-shield is closer to the middle than th 1h/2h which are at the end.

Also, you have to take away some range from the lance too if he is attacking someone on the ground (this is why you shouldn't jump) and take away a bit more if you are attacking the horses head (which you should) to properly check who outranges who.

its long awlpike, unable to use shield... irony is that i die more  with shorter attack... thats why i ask what reach have these attacks.. maybe couche have phantom reach

If someone couches to the far right of them you CANNOT attack the rider without being couched, however you can stab the horses head and rear it up.

There is no phantom reach.
You're timing your attack poorly and not hitting the head of the horse and stopping it.
