I'm not sure how to solve this without messing up some other classes, but Cav users that keep respeccing in order to run around in Heavy Horses and Heavy Armor w/o paying the costs is really frustrating. As a Gen 2 cav, I'm forced to run around with the cheapest gear/light cav. I'm sure its frustrating to infantry dealing with all the plated chargers as well.
I really doubt the intention of no repairs before 26 was to give a huge advantage to cavalry users who keep respeccing.
