add xp requirement to horse difficulty

You could have a level 10 gen switch to a horse build for a change and the game would have no clue that he's new to horse riding. In essence the only xp req I think anybody will even bother placing is the xp limit required to achieving the necessary riding skill.

How exactly does one learn to ride if one cannot ride until he knows how to ride? This is the most ridiculous idea i've seen on these boards in a long time and your last sentence should have prompted you to click cancel instead of post.

Light horses are nearly harmless for their team (impact on inf is negligible, other cav are stopped by noob ally cav). But heavy ones aren't.


Fixing the level 25 gen 1 no upkeep thing would go a long way to get that solved though.
