Within the first at most 10 minutes of retiring i already had myself set on a name change. my original name being Devicle_of_Haven and wishing to change my name to Azrael_Sergeant_of_TKoH. Remember this was requested/applied for or whatever you wish to call it, within no more than 10 minutes of retiring. Not only has my name not been changed but also i get back on to find that it has been declined. Supposedly a name change is allowable within the 1st hour of retiring and is automatically accepted. please help with this problem.
