EU1 battle - ban request for AngelEyes_of_Rose.

I want to request for ban for:

AngelEyes_of_Rose - horse stealer, teamhitter.

What happened: I was riding my horse, but since Im archer, not horse archer, i get off horse everytime i want to camp somewhere. My lovely horse is always following me, cause i whistle for him. This time on EU1 one guy stole my horse in first round on map. His nick was AngelEyes_of_Rose. I said few times to him something like "That was my horse!" "Get off!" "Idiot, it is my horse!", he didnt listen, thus i shot at him once. He get off from horse and killed it, later i died.

Second round i rided my horse, then get off and as always whistle for my horse. But this damn nab again stole it! Immediately after i prepared to shot! I said "FUCK YOU, get off my horse!", he rided in circles and said that its his horse... I got angry and said, that if I cant ride MY horse, noone will ride it and I shot MY (NOT HIS) horse. I have right to do that, if he is horse stealer?

Third round after start that idiot immediately killed my horse in rage and took half my hp. I started to arguing with him, because he said that if I get off MY horse it isnt MY horse anymore (WHY THE HELL HE LISTEN TO MY WHISTLE, THEN!?) and it was for some time, and when i called admin (WookieMonsta) - he kicked me off. I dont know if he punished HORSE STEALER and TEAMHITTER (last one since current round).

I demand JUSTIFY. Ban for 1day maybe?

I saw few people that said they will be my witnesses.

PS I didnt teamkill that horse stealer even a single time during 3 rounds. My nick was "Arya_the_Grey",

Yep, situation i saw was the rose guy going mad on that horse and rider at round start.
Hitting the rider at least once and killing the horse.

Now that i think about it i remember pretty much the EXACT same situation where i got banned for three days and all the admin saw was exactly the situation i described.

Don't get your hopes up so, the punishment for stuff is very inconsistent.

Good luck tho, not the first time i see one of the rose guys going mad.

Once you get off your horse, it's no longer yours. Don't go raging at the guys who take it for themselves, kill it or whatever.

Obviously both you and the other guy were angry and behaving bad. Intentional horse-tking is forbidden and will be punished if an admin sees it. Let this be a severe warning to you both. *wags finger*

I'm pretty sure that if someone buys something then it's theirs, nomatter if they use it or not at the time. Taking it away is theft.

Yes, Wookie, and what will happen now? Because crojosip said the most logical thing in this thread: it WAS my horse and he STOLE it. For few rounds. Then he teamhit me and say that if he cant ride MY horse I cant either.

If you leave horses for the enemy team to take it's you who deserves a ban. A double ban for attacking someone on your own team who had common sense to take it.
And stop with the my horse bullshit. If you dismount its not yours anymore.

I agree with Joxer on this. Horse is same as a weapon, if you drop a weapon it's free for everyone to pick it up and use it.

While shooting him is bad ( I did kick you for it) you did tell him it was your horse and he continued to do it. ( I also kicked him).

Horse is an item, once you no longer wield it/ride it, it is not yours. Do not do this in the future, unless you want to risk a ban for griefing (attacking a teammate/horse).
