Strategus coffin/chest

In singles play of Mount and Blade, there is a coffin/chest that you can change weapons or armor when you play battles/seige!

As a archer / crossbowman so you could pick up from coffin/chest when you need more arrows / bolts!?
When you have run out of arrows / bolts now you have too run around like a crazy person to find arrows / bolts and for me it only gets frustrating and boring!

I think that's what the weapon rack was meant to be for, but i9t never worked AFAIK

Would be a very good idea. Maybe the chest should be somewhere deep in the castle, so that people at least have to walk a bit and can't shoot again after 10 seconds^^
But it would be better than the lifewasting we have atm. Archers are running around to find at least one arrow or they're just suiciding, which results in a big loss of tickets

chadz said this is what the weapon rack will be for.  He didnt reply with a time estimate when it would be fixed/implemented or exactly how.

I love the idea of naked peasants with boardshields collecting weapons off the dead to bring back to base heh.
