It seems that just about any time a ladder leads up to a ceiling (or horizontal path), you can jump through it. I've done it by accident before, and I've seen others do it. I've gotten in a wall on siege before by jumping through a threshold (I promptly left so as to not be abusing). This may be very difficult to fix and not worth it, but I figured I mention it.
