Voice Command cool down (Reduces spamming)

If the title isn't clear enough, I apologize, here in this post I shall (try to) elaborate.

As most of you know that certain people find pleasure in spamming voice commands (For whatever reason that I do not know of), my suggestion is to give voice command a cool down timer after, say, three or five consecutive use of voice commands. The cool down doesn't have to be long, from 5 to 15 seconds should suffice.

Normally I'd suggest people use QMV to toggle the voice commands off, but for some more practical minded players (As Diomedes stated) the constant spamming of such feature may result in teamwork loss or failure to warn friendlies.

So, there you have it, place a cool down timer on voice command feature to reduce players spamming with such practical tool.

term your looking for is 'flood filter'.  I remember suggesting this months ago and chadz said he had something planned...but it never turned up.

Ah, I just used the search function and found out that chadz did promise us something of the sort.

Thank you for clarifying, I shall close this topic.
