I think speed is your friend there.  So 12/27, but you will bounce off heavier armour
“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

15 24, no point in getting behind people if you can't kill them.

Your best bet is to go 12/24 and save 3 points. try the build out for a bit and if you feel you need more damage add the 3 points to strength or if you're too slow, add it to agi.

I played a 12/27 build on an STF character and imo that extra speed is definately needed. My target every round was usually archers and soft targets. I took a very wide flank and tried to take out all the archers and lightly armoured xbowmen. You dont even need to fight the heavily armoured guys since if you just kill the archers, you are helping your team hugely. That said, i carried an iberian mace on top of my scottish sword for the more heavily armoured guys and i could still do decent damage with the speed bonus.

A lot of people in the NA community know that Dach rages and in the process of his uncontrollable rage, he tends to kick people.

You've been warned! :twisted:

I'm going to try this build whenever I can:

Level 30 (4 420 577 xp)

    * Strength: 18
    * Agility: 24
    * Hit points: 53

    * Skills to attributes: 14

    * Power Strike: 6
    * Athletics: 8
    * Weapon Master: 3

    * Two Handed: 131

Coupled with little armour and a morning star. I find 6 PS more valuable than the insignificant difference between having 8 or 9 athletics.

The problem is even if you are number 1 in NA you are still only number 467 in EU or the worst in AUS(number 17)

Objectively, do this build. Best one in the thread.
Assassins need to be able to kill, in the end. Otherwise you just make them angry and you have to run away.
Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

Yes. George's builds are good for running but that's all they're good for.

assasinbuild: Lots of agi. just get enough str for the crossbow you want to use and armour. lots of athletics and weaponsmaster. wpf in crossbow. Get Some camoflagearmour, white for snow, greenbrown for forrest and so on. get 2 1slot crossbows + bolts.
Bring no meleeweapon, as it is futile to engage melee without a proper weapon,ps,armour.

Then sneak up on someone unaware, shoot them at close range in the back or head with crossbow. This will stun them abit, giving you the chance to switch weapon and finish them with a 2nd shot  if they are still alive. the 2nd crossbow will surprise most players thinking you are reloading or switching to melee.
If things does not work out the way you planned, you can outrun most players, hide and reload.

Crossbows are a dirty,cowardly and OP weapon.. maybe abit boring, but very effective.
And if your aim is to be an assasin, you go for the most effective.
Tip your hat to the crossbowbalanceteam.
