After receiving Strat xp

Hey.

I just finished a strat battle through which I gained XP enough to become level 31. Instead of becoming level 31 my char page keeps me at level 30, but with -127k xp to next level.
Pretty weird.

I will now try and play a tick on a common server to see if this will trigger the level up.
