Difference between 5 PD and 6 PD?

Since i switched to the horn bow now i might consider playing 15/21 next gen. (18/18 now with 6PD, mw horn bow and mw bodkins...dmg is fine for me that way)
Can anyone tell me how much less dmg i will make? Or just tell me if i will notice the difference ingame.

Power draw (PD) adds to your damage. I don't remember if it adds 14%, 16% or 18%.

PD negatively impacts your weapon proficiency (WPF) but the formula is super secret black magic. WPF also adds to your damage, but the potential loss of damage from decreased WPF is more than balanced out by having more PD.
