Horse archery increase your wpf need?!?!

Ok, my build is 5 power throw, got 74 wpf in throwing.

I'm doing fine with under 7 weight of armor, never get the message that my proficiency in throwing is too low.

Trying to go horse thrower, go one point in horse archery no change...

2 point in horse archery and I get the message my wpf is to low....

Get naked... still get the message!!!

WTF!

It's a bug or just a retarded feature? Yeah I know horse throwing is so OP, we need to NERF IT

Horse Throwing is so hard lol Even back in December, didn't matter how many wpf you had or horse archery, you still had a crappy accuracy.

Not even sure if you're speed on the horse adds to the projectile speed to do extra damage

well I saw a amelioration going from 0 horse archery to 1, but doesn't work at 2 since i get the stupid message.

Also the stupid message prevent me from picking back my throwing weapon... 

Also just reached lvl 30 and was keeping this lvl att point and skill point to get my horse archery at 3.

Now all my throwing skill is useless, even unmounted I still get the message. I don't have any wpf point left.

Oh well, i'm gonna save gold until lvl 31, since I won't be using my throwing axe now...

horse throwing is really hard , and id say not worth the truble, even with 4ha and many wpp you cant hit much. And horse speed doesnt add damage to your hit so you will do the same damage as you would do on foot stationary.
