Question about strategus rank system

Hey fellas,

I gotta learn something, would be glad if you help me with it. Assume that a member of the faction with rank 1, collects an army in the map and attacks another player of another faction. When the battle is enlisted on the database, will he get the right to approve the roster applications? Or another member of the same faction with higher rank would handle the applications?

Unless things have changed considerably from last time, the insitigator of the attack should be able to manage the roster but higher ranks can also deal with it too.

Yeh wasn't it the guy who attacked / got attacked that can do roster + everyone with rank 5 and higher?
