New continuous lag

So last night out of nowhere I start lagging like hell, and ive NEVER lagged on cRPG before besides the usual EU mini-lag.
I figured it would pass but yeah.

Woke up this morning and now i literally cant even type in NA duel, and with a ping of 18-25, because im lagging so hard.
Right now im directly to modem only cord on highest package from Comcast and everyone on NA battle is still rubberbanding,
im located in Chicago so im quite close ping is always excellent.

*********
re-installing folder worked for stalling lag till 10 minutes into game.

again this has never happened before,
and absolutley nothing on this side seems to be wrong,
the game even recognizes that i have one of the lowest pings when i go straight to modem.

yet i still lag so hard typing on global chat is an average of 2-3 seconds for each character to show up for reference.

any ideas whatsoever?

It's not the size of the stick that matters, but who's swinging it.

if server shows your ping as fine, you are suffering from FRAMERATE, which means something on YOUR computer is fubar.

Does your computer run hot?

Do you have over 2GB free space on your primary hard drive?

Yes, actually noticed from this and another mention,
had NVIDIA update waiting the whole time it was happening, but that turned out to be coincidence.

My comp has been pulsating (every second it like revs)
it has enough space and everything,
i think its all graphics card side.

i have the common un-fixed problem of my comp not reading it unless i turn it off and on literally 50 times in a row,
i imagine its tied to that.

but thanx to you and Vibe on IRC for clarifiyng its most likley hardware,
saved me a few days of messing around with it.
