Cant Login PLEASE HELP!

I cant log in into www.c-rpg.net. I try all the passwords the I usually use, and none of them work, So I pressed " Forgot password " button. I follow the instructions and it still doesnt work. It says " Password recovery works only if you already setup an account. Talk to an admin. "
Please help!

I forgot to mention, I forgot my password 0.o

If you don't remember your character passwords use the password recovery. You can reset the password of one char and use that one to create an account.

Remember that the passwords have Upper-case letters, and also have to use numbers in them now.

I forgot about the upper-case letter in my password, and thought I messed up something.

I have exactly the same problem.

Both of you have setup an account. You can reset your password on an official server (EU_...) using the menu (keys Q M P). It will tell you a 4 digit password and you use that one and your account name to login. EDIT: if you are using a QWERTZ keyboard you have to press Z to confirm password reset.
