Need info about throwing lances WP

Question one- This is the main question for this topic,does Pole arms WP effect the speed and the other thing's, WP does to your weapon like repairs now,slight damage etc? If not the repairs does it effect other things WP would do for pole arms when the lance is in secondary mode?

Statement/question two- I am guessing the WP of throwing is for the repairs, that are now somewhat less (as in % of it breaking) when you have a higher WP on the specific weapon your using.

Question three- What WP is the bare minimum for a descent accuracy?

Yes, wpf on polearms effects attack speed, turn speed, damage and now also the chance of a weapon breaking.
Wpf for throwing help both accuracy and weapon break chance.

I dont know what you mean by a descent accuracy, but its a matter of taste. You usually go all out if you are dadecated with 6 or 7 WM.

EDIT: didnt see you were talking about throwing lances. I dont think your polearm proficiency effects the break chance on a throwing lance.

bare minimum requirement is 13 WPF per power throw level, after the armor penalty is calculated.

So get 15 WPF per level of power throw, then you can wear medium armor and be an ICBM thrower that is a throwing lance.

That's good to know. Thank you that is good information for anyone. Anyone know my previous question though?

Edit: I found out the answer. And it's yes for whoever reads this. As in in secondary mode you get increased attack speed and damage from pole arm skill. Also you get that increase for axes if you put WP in 1handed.
