Wooden buckler

weakest shield, not cheapest
very low weight 2?
very low health 50 or less?
very small in area.
fast 105?
1 required shield skill.
very low armour.
1 or 0 slots?

In short a weak small light shield for archers or very stupid infantry. would look okay but in all other respects be useless. it is just to catch an arrow or to take one hit from sword or couched lance. Low weight would prevent it hindering archers and would allow them to survive a bit longer.

rage if you want but please helpful contribution only.

nice idea, in movies you always see archers use them, it could be pretty usefull for archers that for example wear a longbow, stack of arrows, onehander and a buckler, would be nice. though it should be a bit better, the first shields are even better.

0 slot though

It shouldn't be a good armament just a useful one.

I'm no expert on shields I've only ever used steel Buckler tbh. I don't like using a shield its not easy mode just less fun.

its a good idea, would be very useful for escaping when melee get to close.  But its role would only be to replace the 0slot hammer/ax archers bring. The hammer is mostly for TRYING to manual block and fighting other archers at close range. No room left to bring more. 1 Bag of arrows is to little to
