[UNBAN] Because of 'nominate leecher' bug ?

There was a guy hugging a wall, I nominated him once.
Why can I nominate leecher (i never spammed it), if you ban me because of this noobwen ?

Olwen, I didn't nominate you, but the yellow guy at the wall with (i think masked) black hood and yellow armor with an axe. If I nominated you, then the system is buggy. I nominated the guy during running forward, and pressed L (in QML) exactly when his name was on screen.

Unban me pls, I would like to play

EDIT: As I look at the picture, the guy was left of Olwen at the wall, standing still without a reaction.
I nominated that guy once, ok maybe a bit soon, but that shouldn't be a reason for a ban. (!!DEAR ADMINS!!)

From Olwen's topic it looked like griefing against him, looking at the time and since clearly he was not afk. Try not to nominate into crowds, stuff like this can easily happen. If the guy who you target is leeching you can wait a bit till the area is clear so you are sure he gets nominated, it's not like he is going anywhere.

Original unban was set for today 16:00 CET, I unbanned you now.
