Multiplier effectiveness?

Do you think the new multiplier system is a good idea?

In my opinion, it's not because it relies on your team being stacked against the other team.
If two evenly balanced teams fight each other, no one will gain a large multiplier.
Also, a person might have a 5x multiplier, and other people on his team may have 1x multiplier with no incentive to try as hard. Due to this along with the "autobalance" and other features, people won't stay on the same team and are not on the same page.
I feel like a new incentive to win should be put in.

What are your thoughts?

Well... i dont know about your experience but when my multiplier hits 5 iam further encouraged to win the round and keep it that high for the next round aswell.
So i dont think that there is a problem based on motivation. If your multiplier hits 5 you would like to keep it that way - if its not youre going to raise it.

Always a good reason to win :-)

that leads me to my (personal) conclusion : If you see someone "leeching and waiting" he's doing it wrong :-)

hell why do people need the multiplier for more money as motivation?
my motivation is to simply bash some skulls so my team friggin wins!

who needs more than the nice warm feeling you get, when you're standing in the end of the round, all covered in blood and your team has just won?
