What recourse does a clan have when someone who is not a legitimate member is wearing their clan tag?

We've asked someone to drop our tag on more than 3 occasions and they insist they've been invited (by a recruit of ours, who didnt invite him nor has the authority to).  Hes also starting to be an asshat and giving us a bad name.

Go to IRC and chat with the admins. They'll help, I'm sure. Acre actually had some guy like that. He was kicked for excessive douchebaggery and... well.. he kind of ran around the servers teamkilling on purpose and slandering our name. We spoke with the admins on IRC and they essay banned him.
