it would be nice if all items would show the rating after first / second upgrade
i'd go with strong bow but with all the changes i don't know what will the pd requirement after upgrade

Unless your very dedicated to archer, don't loom a bow.

my main is archer and i read somwhere that now heirloomed bows don't require more pd but id like to be sure

I'm not sure, but make sure you're level 31 before you retire or you won't get anything.

It's true, heirlooming bows does not increase the PD requirement.

Be sure to heirloom a bow twice if you have two available, since the first heirloom doesn't increase accuracy and speed, just damage / projectile speed.
