Help!

My retard friend had to reinstall windows after he fixed his computer. He forgot his characters name and did a skip to thirty. Is there anything he can do?

Join some official EU server, let me know what name he used, exact time and server number. I can dig up his player key from server logs and find the char name.

Forgive me but I need to try and understand what you mean. My buddy made his skip the fun character and forgot its name. He reinstalled windows. He can't log into his guy, and he cant make a new guy cause it says to delete his old one(which he can't get to). Are you asking me to go on an EU server as Bigadaboosh?  I don't know the name of his newest guy but I do know a bunch of his older names.

I need your friend to join the server with some name. When he joins, I can see his user id. Then I can find his old character name from db with that id.

He can't join at all. He doesnt have access to his character due to the reinstall and he can't make a new one due to the skip the fun function.

He can join, he will just get kicked. That doesn't matter.
