I currently use a 27/12 build with my polearm guy and love it.

You'll be fast enough to maneuver around, hit hard and be able to take lots of hits even wearing medium armor.

Why are you making a lvl 31 build, though? Don't you want to retire anymore?

Anyway, I also suggest the 27/12 build.

Both builds lack flexibility in terms of movement.

Player of equal skill with a balanced build will easily chop you.
