Ok simple question, the english bill is an entertaining and useful weapon, especially for teamwork.

Now my question is: Should it get a bonus vs shields? It looks like it ought to, but im just curious about other opinions.

Halberd easily fulfills this role, no need for bill to have this also.

Leave the bill to take out tincans, let the halberd break shields.

In my opinion, the bill is useless compared to the halberd. I'm all for giving it bonus vs. shields so that it actually becomes worth it's cost. But people say 'no'.
Perhaps it should be given a very slight bonus vs. shields if it's possible.
