Ban Request - Banpoll without any reason

A player called Katerina, NA judging by ping, was on EU 6, was highly abusive in chat for ages, eventually I said, your a nut, Ill fight you so you stfu pls, he won (pure luck I might add ). Then continued to abuse, and put up a banpoll: only 4 of us in server, other 2 guys seemed cool, no grief between us that I know of.....honestly DONT know why they pressed 1, anyway, heres the log:

Wish I had known to take more screenshots or a vid of their abusive language, etc. IMHO, this player needs a ban to chill out, but I gotta leave it to admins to decide.... I just dont think abusing in chat and then pollbanning is very cool, tbh, but thats just my opinion...

He's NA, also you should have put this in the Ban request thread for EU.

Edit: I was really annoyed at the time aswell, had x5 multi, and my char was very new, so I was levelling pretty quick....till I was votebanned.

When I played on ru cRPG, there was a ban poll every 4 min. So, you are lucky.

o thats....good i guess....I feel bad about it now, but surely if you just dislike someone you kickpoll them maybe, not that I do that unless they team grief/attack....i hate being banned cause of someones personal issues...
