I had a similar problem like u thread maker. I had maybe 2-3 IF with a balanced build but now im going high str and im the one 1-shotting ppl

and im surviving a lot more hits with 6 IF.

lol stop crying, then u messed up ur build go for retire!

get iron flesh, get a shield learnm to block or become HA normally u cant be one hit easy except on the head or on low armor with massive xbows or couched lances..
